It looks nice, but the lighting kinda hurts my eyes during the kiai since it's so large comparatively to most lightings I've seen.

03:27:030 (5,1) - most of your jumps here are at kind of odd angles for me here, but this one I actually like popped my wrist trying to hit it lol. Maybe something like this this http://puu.sh/140Sx ? Still essentially the same thing, just less straining to play.

Both taiko's are looking good so far, I'll make sure I take a look a those once they finish as well.

This kind of thing goes for -all- loop-type sliders, but people know what direction to go in because of flow. Also, it does rebound, it's just very slightly. I figured it was okay here since at 03:23:795 and 03:26:148 there are no drum beats at all while there are at the other points. Oh, and after making over 9000 art sliders eventually you run out of ideas for a specific type of slider.

  4. Also that sudden 1.5x SV is really strange. I think it's not that needed and will only confuse players.

@Breeze: I went through the finish suggestions, and I do not like them and it feels very out of place to me.
As for the slider suggestion, I had it like this before, however, it is harder to tell which direction the sliderball is supposed to go (I got complaints about this from MATs/BATs in a previous map, and one from a MAT in this diff).
As for the note suggestion, I wanted to make the ending more calm and fit the piano, so no change.

This is the color of Combo 3. It's too bright; namely, 03:03:796 (1) in Makar's Normal gets the worst effect (bright color + kiai + large slider = too bright for me). Maybe darken it somewhat?

03:22:619 (1) - Normal players shouldn't be subjected to overlapping sliders, especially if you don't really know where you should go when a beat lands on the intersection. (If I hadn't remembered that the slider snaked bottom-right-ward before looping clockwise to top-right, I probably would have missed it.) Most likely either make it not overlapping, or don't put a red point in the intersection.

[Hard]
Many spacing violations, but having BPM under 120 and no extremely annoying mistakes make it not really a problem.

Hm that's all I can see? Normal has no problem besides that one. Hard has many but all minor violations, although that many might make someone think that it's an Insane...whatever. Your choice. Good luck!

Thanks everyone. I'll be going over the mods I previously never had looked at and hope to finish this in a couple of short days. I'll be working towards a pending status and shoot for a rank hopefully by Christmas since it's sort of related to it.

Muzukashii is still not done; will need to be finished. Taiko bgs will also be fixed asap.

Taiko bgs are modified as best as they could possibly be (aka: share the same bg as the standard diffs as well as placement).

All mods applied; time to get some standard mods for this baby.

Edit: Muzukashii is complete! Beatmap pending; time to get taiko mods as well.

also quick mod for the muzu, as requested:

  1. 01:06:589 (141) - idk this pattern is probably okay... but how about moving the d back one tick? doubles starting on the offbeat can be a little bit weird
  2. 01:08:942 (149) - same thing here from the previous suggestion, and likewise to similar parts in the kiais.
  3. 01:22:618 (186) - k also sounds good? (if so, apply in the other kiais too)
  4. 02:21:883 (340) - for these doubles, you can just completely remove them and it'll work well.
