Allow mapper to set genre for his own maps [duplicate]

AS the title said, the reason why I want this feature is:
  1. When a modder want to select a certain kind of map to mod, it could make search more easy, for example "Chinese" songs, "Rock" songs, it can be seen in the genre easily and sorted out in the pending map list
  2. Generally, mapper should know the genre more than others
Of course, to avoid troubles, the genre can not be changed by mapper after the map got ranked

It would be nice to see this if it's possible in technical :D
