00:01:309 (1,2) - Just set these to 1x speed. .5x is slooooooow and the overlaps are ugly D: It also makes the transition from .5x -> 1.0x really sudden.

Edit: after getting a few people to test, please consider -415 offset (-15). After that, call me back :3

Great, timing is fine now. I'll bring your bubble back after you move your storyboard elements -34ms in time to be synchronized with the music/offset.
Since you need full submit to fix storyboard anyway, like the above suggestion, consider adding " cuffs cube visual novel vn opening" to your tags.
