I got this thought that can't get out of my head! What if the Ouendan characters look like if turned into Pokemon? I am not making this up! Here is the characters and the pokemon that I keep imagining of:

Yūhi Town Ouendan:
Hajime Tanaka - Pachirisu
Ryūta Ippongi - Marshtomp
Kai Dōmeki - Blaziken
Atsushi Saitō - Lucario
Ittetsu Suzuki - Weavile
Sayaka Amemiya - Lopunny
Aoi Kanda - Roselia
Anna Lindhurst - Chikorita

Asahi Town Ouendan:
Shinta Kikuchi - Ledian
Hayato Saionji - Grovyle
Kaoru Kiryūin - Nidoking
Tsuyoshi Moriyama - Gallade
Kenshin Sugita - Charmeleon
Rin Shirosaki - Kirlia
Honoka Kawai - Froslass
Reika Minazuki - Illumise

Can you help me out? Even sent in pics of them as pokemon, maybe?

Wow, I only know 3 of those pokemon. Two were in the original Blue/Red, and Chikorita's in Super Smash Bros Melee.

I feel like such an old-timer...

Did this help? (the dash between the character name and the pokemon's name are what the character is going to turn into as pokemon.)

I'm going to jump to the conclusion that his oblivion equates to mine.

I have no idea what anyone is named in any of the Ouendan games. (Relatively, I can read Katakana and know the figure skater's name.)

I think they really don't have anything to do with each other. They don't even look alike!

No, but there appearance AS pokemon would lead to some possibilities:

Kai and Blaziken both has a gruff attitude
The cheer girls would look cute as pokemon, but I bet Sayaka, Rin and Honoka will look the cutest as a Lopunny, a Kirlia and a froslass (drools)
Shinta's expression gave me the idea of turning him into a Ledian

Well, that's all that I have on my head for a while.
