[added] "Downpitch" mod

Basically an alternative to HalfTime mod, and an inverse of Nightcore mod which is the DoubleTime mod alternative.

I'm just curious how this would turn out when playing certain song. :P

I never knew such threads exist, though it's of no wonder that I can't find it when I searched for it beforehand. :P

I tried searching for those threads and found 2, one was denied because Nightcore wasn't implemented yet, while the other seems to explode by itself (deleted). So I guess we can give this another shot.

I find the name "daycore" weird though, but that's just a personal preference. xD

Daycore is something that should happen.

It should also add bass, like Nightcore.

I'm not against it, but it seems a little silly imho. XD Perhaps we should just have a "core" mod instead of nightcore and daycore and it'd add the bass effect at whatever pitch you want (like you'd use a slider to select your pitch.)

That's what makes this fun! xD

Also, additional suggestions are welcomed. I know that simply lowering the pitch might be a bit too plain, so why not adding some stuff? I like the idea of having some bass sound effects. :P

I'd probably call it Hardcore! :D

Then we would have:
  1. Nightcore
  2. Daycore
  3. Hardcore
