[web] Option To Show B & C & D rankings

Example:


This also allows people who don't wanna change their showed rankings from SS S and A(s) to SS S A B C and D(s). So automatically it would be it SS S and A, if they want to change it from there they can.

peppy removed this for some reason, I think it was because people were being annoyingly OCD about their stats.

I for one like it, I dont want to see the BCDs. I even got a C in a 2007 map that got unranked, and the C stayed there for some reason. It's probably still there, who knows.
