Confirmation to "Reporting a User" [duplicate]

It's the first day of having this feature, and I've seen roughly 5 users in the last hour of this post that have reported a user on accident.

Shouldn't there be a confirmation screen pertaining to if said user really wants to report another?

I and many others often misclick. It's a no-brainer to have a confirmation for this.
