Okay, as requested via forum-PM.

There will be spoilerboxes for each difficulty, including my first try results when playing the current map, along with the replay for you to check out my mistakes and a comment on how i felt while/after playing the map. Please make sure to check those boxes so you can understand what I am trying to focus on in my mod! I used the "osu!-default" Skin in all maps, make sure to use that skin aswell when watching the replay!

General

If you use Byakugan249 and 249 as tags, why not Byakugan aswell?
Decrease the difficultygap between Normal and Hard (See: Hard-mod)
00:01:740 - 01:06:771 - These parts seem to be 4/4 to me, since the drums go for a straight 2/4 snare, which would be against a 3/4 rhythm. Maybe the beginning till drums start (untill 00:11:030) could be 3/4, but the rest is clearly 4/4.

Yea, it was a nice diff. I thought the note-density was a bit high for an Easy and there were some blankets I mentioned but nothing really bad.

AR-1, the map is so slow that the "relatively" high AR just feels weird. It's also nice if new players can see more of the notes "awaiting" them.
00:04:062 (1,2) - I would drag (1)'s 2cnd waypoint 1grid up and right to create a better blanket with the previous (3). Since (2) is a mirror, fix that corrospondingly
00:11:030 (1,2) - This blanket could look nicer.
00:14:514 (3,1) - ^
00:19:159 (3,1) - ^
00:28:449 (4) - the whistle here sounds just a bit weak. try a finish or clap here, both sound nice IMO.
00:37:739 (4,5,1) - the spacing from (5) to (1) looks awkward if compared to the one from (4,5)
00:40:448 (1) - I like the spinner one tick later, you won't catch the music's note on 00:40:255 then however. :/
00:50:514 (2,1) - this might be a bit confusing to new players. I suggest you to create a neat overlap between (2) and (1)'s ending to get this clear. Something like this would be fine

00:55:159 (1) - 2cnd waypoint at 144|204 creates a more-fitting gap to the prev. slider IMO
00:59:030 (3) - Since you only use 1-reverse sliders on the map, this is very irritating for new players which might not have that good reactions to keep the slider that last tick. Remove one reverse and add a note instead?
01:53:223 (1,2) - Blanket could be better

01:54:578 (1) - again, I prefer that spinner one tick later.
02:37:739 (2) - under prev. (2)'s hitburst, consider moving it.

Uh, I was kinda shocked of the epic difficultygap between normal and hard, mostly because of the small circles . The diff itself is fine, however, there are some patterns which are more or less hard to read.

CS-1 !! This is crucial to get the gap between Normal and Hard and aswell because Hard would have smaller hitcircles than Lunatic, which would be..weird..
I also find OD-1 more fitting.
00:19:352 (4) - I found that note very hard to read, since the purple sliders around with the same colour as the approachcircle and the fact that it is hidden under the prev. (2)'s hitburst made it almost invisible.
00:21:675 (4) - ^
00:57:288 (7) - also hard to read. mostly because of hitburst
01:21:869 (3) - is there a whistle missing on the slider's head? It feeld quiet empty without that.
01:42:385 (5,6,7,8) - much better with an additional note between (5,6). Stack them all on one spot then. Was quiet hard to read too.
01:56:320 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - that was just a pain in the ass. Try to find a better solution with less hitburst-covers.

If you watch the replay with the defaultskin, you will mention that there are some patterns which are really just too hard to read for the overall difficulty of this diff, which bugged me, since the map itself was really nice.

00:18:772 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3) - I really thought that the second stream would be 1/2 later. Highly recommend you to decrease the distance between those streams by a bit, to get the idea of the small jump.
00:57:869 (2,3,4,5,6) - Found that kinda hard to play, compared to the rest of the map.
01:43:933 (1) - you also spaced the object following the streams that use this style like they would be part of it (in other words: the object after this kind of stream was on a slightly higher spacing). I would like you to add this here 2
02:21:094 (1) - ^
02:30:385 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - since (5) is 1/1 from (4), the continue of the combo is very irritating. I'd like to see ND on 5 and remove NC from following (1)

no because i find overlaps like that ugly and it makes the map look bad during gameplay. i don't do overlaps like this on easy diffs at all.

00:21:288 / 00:23:610 / 00:25:933 - To be honest I don't think 'oo oo' pattern is quite suit here, especially due to leaving the first beat of the measure empty. (Usually strong beat exist there.)

I looked thru the song with CS 4 and it seems fine to me. Also, MAT/BAT's will mention that anyways later on, because that gap between the diffs is really big.

You cannot use CS +2 between two diffs. ><

That's just my taste, but sliders like this 00:04:659 (3) don't look pretty in my opinion. You used just straight sliders like here 01:31:174 (6) and it was better. Just saying, keep them if you like them.

— Mapping

00:11:433 (2,3,4) - This rhythm is wrong, the triple must start at the red tick. Delete these notes and listen to this part at 25%, you'll see that piano notes form a triple from the rede tick.

As I could see, you use grid snap for every stream in this map. Imo, this is a wrong way. If you want the spacing in your streams to be consistent, you must not use the grid snap but use distance snap. In that way your streams will become much more solid and neat.
00:28:465 (5,1) - Consider making this spacing 1.0x, I don't think you need a jump here.
Probably add finishes at 00:32:722 - 00:35:819 and 00:38:916 ?
00:37:948 (4,5,6) - Ok, rework these hitsounds please: 00:38:335 add a whistle, 00:38:529 remove it, 00:38:722 add a whistle. Sounds much better and fits that sound in the music (lol dunno how that sound is called)

I missed this one: Easy diff has inconsistent kiai time compared to the rest of the diffs.

00:18:014 (1) - Place this exactly on 00:15:691 (1) maybe? Looks neater that way.
00:40:271 (1) - Move this spinner to white tick at 00:40:464 - instead to cause less confusion for new players. Don't forget to end the spinner at 00:42:013 (x)

02:36:593 (1,3) - y:44 on these, look neater imho

* I'm not really agreeing with the combobreak.wav, it sounds rather abrupt and it does not fit the song all too well.
* Can you add in a blank sliderslide file. The sliding noise sounds awful.

• 00:33:884 (4,5) - The space in between these notes are really uncalled for and does not play very well. You can still hear the instrumental playing so, extend (4) to the next white tick to fill that awkward gap.

• 01:48:206 (4,5) - Same as above.
• 01:52:851 (4) - This note does not belong in the map and the hitsound makes it sounds awful and abrupt. To fix this, I suggest deleting the note and adding in a repeat on (3) so that it looks like this.

• 01:20:722 (1,2) - I feel that this can be a lot more flowing. This can happen if you flip (1) like this
• 01:33:109 (1) - Nothing in the music or your combo pattern suggests a new combo here. Remove it please.
• 02:02:528 (1,2,1) - These sliders would look good together if their slants were all the same. Like this.
• 02:35:044 (1,2) - This overlap is really ugly. Either stack it properly, or change the pattern all together.

* I like the flow in this difficulty~
• 00:37:561 (4,5,6) - I found that this part scarcely follows the music, thus making it hard to follow and awkward to play. To fix this, I suggest mapping this one section like this.
• 00:46:851 (6,1) - Nothing in the song suggests a jump and this doesn't play very well. So, re-map it, please.
• 01:51:109 (2,3,4) - This really has an awful gameplay to it, especially for a Hard. Delete (3) to fix this.

Everything else is fine as far as I see. Work a little more on this, is what I say.

00:29:626 & 01:43:948 are very bad places for kiai fountain. The pace of those parts are not very fast/exciting as the later part so I don't see why would you use kiai fountain there, just remove it.

[249's Easy]

Combo Mod
The majority of NC on the diff are on 6th & 8th beat, but there are some combo that were longer than that. Here are the one you should fix:
1. 1. 00:09:110 (2) - The previous slider ends on 1st beat for the next stanza but 00:09:110 (2) still need to be NC'ed
  2. 01:23:045 (3) - NC
  3. 01:24:980 (1) - Unnecessary NC, this one just break your combo. Remove it
  4. 02:13:367 (3) - NC
Try to be consistent with your hit sound please. From 00:11:046 (1) to 00:28:465 (4) you're using whistle-clap-clap for your hit sound pattern, but from 01:16:077 (1) to 01:40:464 (4) you change the pattern to clap-whistle-whistle. Decide to use either one of them. (I personally like the clap-whistle-whistle cause the custom clap sounds too loud)
00:58:658 (2,3) - The custom clap sound are too sharp considering most of the hit sounds you're using on this part is soft hit whistle.
01:56:335 - I don't see any reason why this spinner would have a 40% volume. This & 00:42:013 are similar but you're using 70% volume for this one. They should have the same volume setting
02:21:109 - Almost the same as above, but for this one is because the music itself is quite conspicuous so louder volume for the hit object is more appropriate

00:45:109 (1,2) - Unlike on 00:42:013 (1,2), the whistle slider slide on this place doesn't really sync with the trumpet. I suggest to remove the slider slide sound

01:19:367 (3,4) - A very big sudden jump, feels uncomfortable. It's better to cut the distance a bit around 1.6x or 1.7x
01:19:561 (4,5,6,7,8) - I suggest to use jump (1.5x spacing) here rather than a normal spacing. This is to emphasize this part and give more challenge. This is up to you though
02:14:141 (3) - This flow better if mirrored (you should probably ctrl+H 02:14:915 (1,2,3,4,1,2) too though)

I've seen & play your Normal diff in Bakari's map before so I'm kinda disappointed with this set.

To Bossandy's Mod:

I didn't add any Notes in these Sections you mentioned, because I clearly followed the Background-drums.
You'll get the idea if you listen closely to where I added Claps on the Notes. Adding new Notes just won't fit the Idea.

About the Big Notes you mentioned, you're right, there are no cymbals in the background.
But this is my kind of little break time, that you mentioned first in your Mod.
If I wouldn't have Big Notes there I'd had to map it like the way before, which would not just be plain boring but also quite exhausting.

Also I'm quite sure that there are enough break times for an Oni Diffiiculty, if count in the Big Notes you mentioned and the more calm parts.

I don't see any reason why there would be a kiai fountain on 00:29:626. I understand if it for 01:25:367, but for 00:29:626 it's just very out of place. That said, I suggest to BCI to just remove it if Byakugan don't like it, don't blame BCI and please tell me why you'll keep it.

For now I'd say, enjoy your BUBBLE!!

I'd just stop the kiai a half beat before the next fountain spot if you want "epic". If you play in Taiko, it looks really strange when the chorus continues on but the kiai stops and starts again.

01:54:786 (1) - Remove new combo. Could be smoother too. Widen points 2 and 4 a bit and move the end point in closer so the arc isn't as lopsided. You can also make it more fun if you can line up the endpoint with 01:57:883 (2) -

- Everything's good, I only have a little problem with the custom colors as the purple kills my eyes and the colors don't really fit the bg. My suggestion for the colors:
