Offset: I would reduce it by 5.
Keeping all notes inside the grid helps a lot.
All colors on all maps must be the same, as far as i know.

And just to be sure, "Hitobjects must never be off-screen. All mapsets are played from a fixed-screen viewpoint, so any hitobjects that are even partially off-screen can make it very difficult to read the pattern they are following. Test play your map to confirm this"

It may not be while playing, but it is while editing, and it's really annoying to map something while you can't see all it's shape correctly, thus you are able to make mistakes.

Raise OD by 2, note that i tested with OD 10 ( i always test with OD 10).

- If you remove the 2nd point, then adjust the 3rd point a few grids to the left. About X:308 or X:321

01:20:579 (4) - Add a whistle on the start of this slider then remove the whistle on the end. So that consistency remains
