Lol, is rugby the reason English people have terrible teeth? But really, if pro football players didn't have protection, well they would never have made it that far. Besides, they're steroid-fueled monsters and Rugby players would be pissing their little shorts if put up against American football players, protection or otherwise.
Damn, maybe I should make an MMA thread. Is anyone watching Strikeforce on Saturday?

There's actually a lot of American fans of football (as opposed to saying "American football fans" which would cause confusion because of the existence of your pathetic excuse of a football sport) but unfortunately your nation, in general, tries its best to suppress the popularity of football/soccer because you're too proud of you're own American sports which the rest of the world could hardly give a rat's fuck about.Koro McAlpine wrote:

It's quite popular amongst the immigrant communities, particularly those from latin america. Football is more popular than you think there. MLS certainly gets more recognition than our leagues here in Aus. It's very much an immigrant sport here as well.
