can i get recommendations on the BPMs for the song? i tried using some BPM software but still dosent help much. i cant place the circles to where they would go off at the right now. im also going through a pain just to set the BPM flags in the right spots. they just keep jumping to another part of the timeline like they got a mind of their own.

Drag the .mp3 into osu.
Go into editor
Use a random BPM/offset for the time being. Do your best to find the correct BPM/offset.
Place one hitcircle anywhere
Upload the map (File -> Upload beatmap -> Beatmap help.)
Post the link in this thread.

I or somebody else will attempt to give you a decent BPM/offset, good enough for you to map with at least. Note that it may need fine tuning after the beatmap itself is complete, but that can be handled in the beatmap's thread itself.
i dont see beatmap help.... the only two things i see are Standard Submission and Beatmap submission.

is there a new way of doing this? im still looking for the answer in rolleds post.

Click on File -> Upload Beatmap -> Tick standart submission hen click upload files -> In "Which category do you want to submit to?" choose "Beatmap Help"

But for now the BSS don't work so your uploaded beatmap will be impossible to download. You must wait for a peppy fix.
