00:48:941 - I don't really suggest a 5-plet here. Due to the BPM change the 4th and 5th note has a different time separation. However the song itself is continuous, meaning that the gap is actually not correct.
01:23:210 - the accent happenes 1/2 later so having finish here sounds so odd.

In overall the map is not a problem and I just pointed out a few nazi stuffs, but for the two insanes sometimes I feel like the triplets, even without whistles/claps, are too loud and covers the music a bit, and timing really needs double checking.

BPM 176 Offset 198 <- use this offset, but fix your green line first, because if you don't put your green line to offset 198 first, you will crash.
BPM 173 Offset 4268
BPM 176 Offset 5649

I SSd the Insane diff while putting OD9 with this, should work good enough. I checked the taiko too and the 173 BPM works a lot better at the start, your 176 BPM red line was on an incorrect downbeat too.

[Rhythm]
00:04:263 (1,2) - These 2 notes should not even exist. Your repeating slider should start where these two are located, because that is where the drumline starts punching. If you had similar things in other diffs, you should change them too.
00:10:601 (5,6,1,2,3) - This plays terrible. There is nothing in the music to justify a jump from 5 to 6, you should fix this spacing, even more because like this it plays terrible.

Other than that, nothing really bothered me that much while playing, so this is all what I've got for now.
Don't use such negative offsets if not really necessary, offset 198 is musically correct.

  2. All diffs are critically non-nazi'd. Almost all blankets are not precise
  3. The Hard+ is considered harder than the Insane by the stupid Star Rating just because it doesn't have as many 1/2 and 1/4 repeating slider, which is the thing Star Rating consider harder than most, yeah, even more than continuous streaming. You don't need to change anything

( the complain with star rating is mine, you don't need to move anything, since the rhythm is perfectly fine )

Yeah, many ranked map could have that problem, but nearly none of the maps modded by me, ziin, Inamaru and so have it.
Plus I know you won't consider it... but it isn't time to refine those blankets? and refine the graphics in general ? (refine =/= redo, redo if they were bad, refine if they are good, but not precise. and it won't take a lot to find them, since all blankets are bad and I pointed the "refinable" graphics.
Plus you can just ask the XATs who bubbled to pop and rebubble. They won't make problems to rebubble since they arleady bubbled it. (Just remember to ask the pop, so they don't lose their monthly bubbles)

Ok,
I won't accept this "excuse" ( it's not unrankable so no ), since it's not something something i would've expect from someone with so many ranked maps, and it's difficult to find excuses for a video offset.
Just change it when the BAT pop for mod/you upload the last time.

It isn't for the kudosu, it is because that kind of excuses makes me angry.
