Bubble modding time since people are all like "Hey let's not post in CDFA's queue when he re-opened it"
Note about bubble mods: I'll only mod bubbles if there's something unrankable, so you'll have to unbubble the map. Then I add suggestions to make the map a bit better, if I feel any are needed

Make sure you follow Title changing Guideline(Click!) to prevent duplicating issues!
