It is from Cookiezi's skin. There are two anime characters in this image. Can anyone tell me who they are?

They are original arts(from someone i don't remember), so they aren't from any anime.

They are Shiramine Rika and Aoyama Sumika, an original art from Coffee-Kizoku's artbook "White Blend".

The art is similar or inspired by characters from some Eroge(Visual Novel/H-game), namely Cure Girl and Furifure 2, if your interested.
