I could make a healthy list of favorite Vocaloid producers. It's what I listen to mostly now. Before then, I was raised on thrash metal, so:

Early Metallica (until Load) [Of Wolf and Man]
Megadeth [Sweating Bullets]
Slayer [Mandatory Suicide]
SoaD [Chop Suey!]
Pantera [Hell Bound]
Anthrax [Crush]
Black Sabbath [Iron Man]
Motorhead [Ace of Spades]
Iron Maiden [The Evil That Men Do]
Godsmack [I Fucking Hate You]
Mudvayne [Not Falling]
~Static-X (until Cult of Static) [...In a Bag]
Rob Zombie [Superbeast]
Rammstein [Mein Teil]
Early Disturbed (until Indestructible) [Prayer]
~Slipknot (songs are hit and miss) [Left Behind]
Black Tide (newer band) [Shockwave]
Ministry [Stigmata]
S.O.D. / M.O.D. [Identity]
etc.

All ignored now because of Vocaloid. As far as metal is concerned, there's a certain line until which it becomes shit to me. I guess it would be considered Death Metal or Metalcore. (i.e. Cannibal Corpse, Suicide Silence, Dethklok... I hate these bands.)

Yousei Teikoku was the gateway into Japanese music for me.

Buuuuuuuuut I also like some other stuff like.. some openings and endings.. uhm.. some music that my Kei makes me discover <3 like The Luna Sequence... and some random music from osu! lol xD japanese and instrumental.

I enjoy listening Hatsune Miku, aswell ^^
