Kyuu-chan~ I'm wondering if can you make a modding queue BG using this Image. Make it say "Welcome to my Modding queue" or "Welcome to 249's Modding queue". either will work. My current modding queue BG isn't standing out as there's only text at the bottom

Take a part of the pic you like, cut it into the correct proportions of the userpage, you can colorize it or put some new elements to it.
But it's important for me that it does not include the Lightning-Font and you can read "Welcome to my userpage" there.
Everything else is free to you. Do whatever you like with it.
