Third BPM Point is really necessary, the exactly BPM is 150,5... Nobody told me anything about the timing 'cuz it's perfect.

of course those 2 sections are for bpm reset yes!
but set at 150,000 bpm and offset 7390 sounds just bad an off
listen to 25% playback to the section 00:16:590 on your timing snaping, also that is not an metronome reset, is a BPM change, set the last offset to 150,500 and play at 25% playback you will listen it really bad and early
listen to the sound of metronome on 00:42:570 at current timing and at your suggest

also this object is unsnaped 00:42:556 (1)
