[peppy] Add ability to display Relax/AutoPilot/SpunOut on beatmap info page rankings.
[peppy] Remove the concept of "unranked" play modes. Add new multipliers for SpunOut, Relax and Autopilot.
many players like playing with SpunOut mode because it can not damage statistics (accuracy and poor grades)
I don’t disagree with Spun Out & other mods count towards play count，but if it add into rankings，
i will not be able to play some really hard maps.
The worse situation is players will play offline or make a new ID for playing hard maps.
So，i hope these modes will not account to rankings.
