I'm not see that you're not using kiai time on this mapset, is this intentional? I think it will be better to put it on the various parts like the chorus to make it more flash and giving the player some "courage" while playing , i think placed it from 01:06:616 will be ok, the end is up to you well yes it's intentional for some reasons such as combo color, strobing time, etc. In short i am not including kiai so as to avoid making some portion of the map too blinding to the eye.
also turn the volume up a bit for all diff? I think the volume of the song itself are louder that the hitsound and it was kinda hard to hear the pattern rhythm while playing imo.it's mainly due to the whistles, if i make volume higher the whistles are going to stand out.Normal:

- This song is not from youtube. This song is from 'To Aru Kagaku no Railgun'. Put that in source. Because you find this song from youtube, doesn't mean you have to write the source from youtube. Put youtube in tags instead. I can understand but I am very unsure about this. I've seen songs with source labeled YouTube, and not to mention a lot of maps with NicoNicoDouga as source. It's my belief that it's the artist that's most important, so I keep it in Artist field, and since this is a remix made by someone on YouTube, at least I should point players to that direction in case they want to find out more.

Throughout all diffs I am placing whistles mostly based on the high-pitched instrument in background, so there's actually no persistent pattern here. So... nope, sorry.
- 00:14:165 (3) - This slider is not consistant imo. Because you always follow the heavy beat from the song so this slider makes you miss a beat at 00:14:358-. It's better to remove this slider then add a circle at 00:14:358- for better consistencies and playability. It's my intention to have the rhythm this way. And adding circles will add to the difficulty I think?
- 00:19:390 (2) - I think you will need a whistle here to make whistle rythim more consistant. same reason as before
- 00:25:584 (2) - Same as before, for more consistencies add a whistle at this slider start ^

So make it 1.0x like previous spacing. i don't know how to describe this but ultimately IMO the melody builds up "tension" until (1) which becomes a strong beat, and to reflect that i add a bit of jump here
- 01:27:326 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - Jump like this is very surprising and confusing in hard. You should make the spacing at least consistent. if this is the second hardest diff of 4 osu standard diffs i think they should play fine?
- 01:35:648 (1,2,3,4) - I think it's a bit hard and this is the only stream with 5 circle on it in this diff. You should change this stream to repeat slider like 01:41:842 (3) - i'll just make a new diff to balance this
