I feel real bad for posting here, but it really irks me how my suggestions that are purely based on musical knowledge and understanding were ignored without reason. You're probably going to rage at me and be like, "why did you mod a bubbled map" and all that, but I feel it's worth it since you may have a chance of learning something here. Therefore, I'll tell it to you again, and hopefully you'll learn to accept it this time because I'm explaining the reasoning a whole lot more.

If you notice how 00:33:899 (1,2) - http://puu.sh/qJyU and 00:35:225 (1,2) - http://puu.sh/qJzd are, and you listen to the music, it's obvious that 00:36:543 (1,2) - should follow the mapping pattern of having been rotated 180 degrees. But right now it does not: http://puu.sh/qJzJ. In addition, 00:39:195 (1,2), 00:40:521 (1,2), and 00:41:846 (1,2) don't follow the pattern of being rotated 180 degrees, until you get to 00:43:172 (1,2), which is done pretty well.

In the next phrase, 00:44:498 (1,2) and 00:47:150 (1,2) don't follow the pattern, but 00:45:824 (1,2) - does. This makes the patterning in your map harder to follow and may cause confusion for players with a better musical sense.

However, the next time the prechorus comes in, it appears you tried to follow the pattern of rotating 180 degrees and reversing the slider, as seen here: 01:40:189 (1,2) - http://puu.sh/qJBq. Therefore, you should replace 01:42:012 (2) - with a rotated and reversed version of (1), maybe like this? http://puu.sh/qJBY. This applies for 01:42:841 (1,2) as well, but you only need to Reverse (2) in this scenario.

The rest of the rotation patterns make sense since they're all just rotated 180 degrees and not put through any other transformations like how you did near the beginning. It also pleases me that you did follow some of my suggestions that would have made gameplay better, such as reversing 00:01:073 (2) (even though you didn't choose to reverse it based on my mod, I don't think).

I've told you I looked up to you yo. I just can't stand to have your mapping that have patterns that don't follow "musical reasoning". Maybe this is the effect of over twelve years of musical experience, but I am more than certain that this will make your map much better. Unless you have explicit reasons why the patterns aren't being followed, these suggestions should definitely be taken into consideration. It's true that these won't unrank your map if it ever got ranked, but it's not really about that; it's better I had posted this now rather than a week later.

well now that someone else decided to mod, I think I might try my hand at it... I see some things that can use some fixing. Mythol, if you still want my mod, can you tell me? Because I think you could benefit from it and it would make your map a whole lot better.

Sorry, but half the song consists of those "slow parts" and if what you're asking me to do is copy and paste all of it, that's like copy/pasting half the map. Even if it follows "musical sense" it would make the map dull and boring. So no changes~

Please don't follow after those, I've already considered his mods and decided not to use them. Also, you should remember that I requested a mod from you long before this map was submitted. If you're asking to mod now when it's been bubbled, I'm afraid it's a little too late.

It's not copy and pasting anything. If you're going to start to use a pattern, you have to make sure anything that follows the music follows a pattern. You're not using the same sliders for each occurrence; you're using different sliders, and each time you're using a different set of sliders rotated, that's something new. It's definitely not copy and paste.

I'm going to ask you a serious question: do you care about the quality of your map?

because right now, it seems like your main priority is to rank a map, regardless of how it sounds or plays.

I'm not going to use the same pattern for half the song. That's just stupid, I don't understand why you believe that only your way is correct. It's not mapped incorrectly, it follows the music. All you want to change is the direction of the sliders to make it the same pattern the whole map, and I find that boring. Now stop flooding this thread with arguments, if you have something to say you have me on skype/osu. Same to xcherry.

Alright, those asked for my opinion on this situation. I checked his mod and the suggestions were good, but I think Mythol had valid reasons as to why not to apply them. I do think Mythol should let xcherry mod the map, though, as it could have some helpful input. Just wait for the BAT mod and check both at once, perhaps? Hope this goes well for everyone.

Both of them seem to think my mapset is garbage (discussed on skype). I would accept the mod if there was any intention to help my map, but all it looks like is them trying to force their ideals on me. So I will not accept the mod from xcherry, sorry for having to deal with this SapphireGhost~

it's quite sad to see that you jump to conclusions so quickly. I don't recall saying that, but whatever. If you don't want a mod, that's your fault. the point of modding is not to pop the bubble, but to improve the quality of the bubble. I wanted to see if I could help correct some things that could use some improvement, but clearly your mind is made up that because you got a bubble, it's at its best state. It could be better, but then again I'm not the mapper.

You have ABSOLUTELY no right to post these kinds of comments in this thread. What I do with my mapset is my choice, stop trying to get involved.

Give them a chance, if they don't have any intention of helping you out why would they waste their time modding it?
It's always good to have input from various people on your map, that way you get to see flaws in it which you wouldn't notice yourself.
You are always free to ignore the suggestions of the mod, but believe me it's good to have them as it helps you to improve mapping knowledge.

I would have taken the mod, I even asked for it this morning. But after everything that's happened, I no longer have any intention of taking her suggestions. I agree, they would definitely be helpful, but so would any other mod if I were to look for more. Any map can improve with more mods, but they still get ranked. To me, this map is at a point where I would not be disappointed if it were ranked in its current situation, so I feel that no more mods are necessary especially from people who think so badly of my map.

You forgot to add Kiai at 03:33:417 on Normal.

Also, since the uninherit point is a different BPM, your last timing point in each diff is now unsnapped.

since you have the video, remove the letterbox during breaks. it interferes with the video as the parts are cut off. but in the meantime wait for a BAT to mod this and then fix it. No kd for this.

  3. 01:00:765 (1) - I'd not do a 2/1 slider here. Like what you did for other patterns, you should follow the vocals and use a 1/1 slider (or circles, depending on what you want to do). Like this :
  4. 01:16:428 (1) - For the same reason as before, I would end this spinner 1/1 earlier. (and start the break at the spot where the spinner ended before).
  5. 03:04:080 (1) - Same as 01:00:765 (1).

This is true. However, if I wanted to follow the vocals here it would break the beautiful symmetrical slider that comes after AND I would have to use 4 circles instead of 3 because the vocals stretches out to 4 syllables. so no change here. Plus, it's much easier to play this simple diff when simply tracing sliders.
01:16:428 (1) - For the same reason as before, I would end this spinner 1/1 earlier. (and start the break at the spot where the spinner ended before). same reason as above

03:04:080 (1) - Same as 01:00:765 (1). same reason as above
