No, MKDS was by far the easiest. The CPUs slowed down on lap 3 and you could reliably dodge blue shells on 150cc/mirror.

You could also snake so hard on MKDS that the AI chumps would never be able to keep up anyway.

In all seriousness, use a 5.5 acceleration combination for MK7's single player. That's what I typically do, and even 3 blue shells usually aren't enough to take away my lead on 150cc (online is a different story).

I usually announce them a day before the next kartparty. Though not intentional, they always seem to start at Friday, 9 PM CDT (GMT -6).

I remember you saying that's like 4 AM for you... I guess we could try having one earlier than that next tim--err... wait... do you usually sleep after midnight? If not, we can try to have it earlier. If so... well... actually, if we had it later I probably couldn't chat in Skype, but we could still try to have one later.

I calculated that it's 3 AM for me and 2 AM for bomber and Dangaard. Yeah, there's never a really good time for everybody but I guess I'll try and make it :P

6 P.M. (GMT - 6 ) is (add 7hours because of GMT + 1) is 1 A.M. for us germans. (I hope i did no mistake now)
1 A.M. is fully acceptable for me :D

But when we have summetime on the northern hemisphare that also means that USA has summertime so that is +- 0 at the end....
I am really not sure though but i guess we will see. I stay up to 2 A.M then .... But i still think it is 1:00 A.M.

No need to wait for an Officially Sanctioned Kart Party. Just yell "kartparty" in #videogames and see who shows. I'm on most of the day on weekends. (not in the osu! client, but I keep IRC open)

Note that if you're like me and play far away from your comp then you get to experience the joy of regularly checking your Friends List to see what's going on.

Okay, so I guess 6 PM CDT (GMT -6) is still a bad time... Probably the next (and last) scheduled time I'll try is 3 PM CDT. If that fails, we'll just kartparty whenever.

So, they released a patch version today which fixed some unwanted shortcuts and is obligatory for online matches.

Alright, I actually did spam Maka Wuhu until it got picked.

This one guy spent the entire race trying to do the glitch. I'm serious. And it was pure, comedic gold.

Still, Maka Wuhu (even before I knew about the exploit) was one of my fave tracks, so it's nice to race on it normally on Worldwide again \o/

I was downstairs the whole time! XD I should really get one of those WiFi Range booster thingies sometime, though, so I can play in my room without getting D/C'd. They're kinda pricey, but it'd probably be worth it just so I could play MK7 on my bed.

And yeah, Maka Wuhu is one of my favorite tracks without the exploit, too. I'm happy that I can now race on it normally.

Yes, that also got fixed as well as the GBA Bowser's Castle one.

Actually, here:

Version 1.1 (May 15, 2012) [43 SD Card blocks]
Resolved shortcut exploits for Wuhu Island Loop, Wuhu Mountain Loop, and Bowser Castle 1 when playing online. Does not affect offline play; the exploits remain in Single Player and Local Multiplayer, and ghosts that used these exploits are unaffected.

It did. It also fixed the GBA Bowser Castle 1 glitch. Those are the only 3 glitches it fixed, though, but those are the only ones that really had an impact on online gameplay and that were significant and game-breaking.

To be honest I haven't even bothered with the exploits anyways \:D/

It's funny that I'm always coming in first or second online, though. It's a nice change from sucking.

Really sorry for those that wanted it earlier, btw. (I would've made an announcement for one at an earlier time, but I wasn't in the mood to play.)

Also, after tomorrow I probably won't be making anymore "scheduled" kartparty announcements, so yeah (and for the record, I only did them since usually no one else makes the announcements).

So apparently they didn't remove all the exploits yet... The 2nd one for Maka Wuhu's still available (just harder to do now)...

Toad Circuit is no longer safe. It may not have pits (unless you get knocked off the glider path and onto the bridge), but item spam FTW!

P.S. Figuring out GMT times from the USA, especially Daylight Savings Time times, sucks :o

What do you mean exactly? Because we had 2 kartparties yesterday ... the first one where i participated there was this bowser guy who spammed it and got it all the time .... I was a bit pissed, because I am not a big fan of this track.
I don't know how many times in a row we got this track, but really... it was to much
