00:29:86 (4) - this is one of the few sliders that repeat more than once, so most ppl will not notice this repeats 3 times uhm that's why there's an approach circle >.>
00:54:80 (3) - have this be where the end of 1 and 5 are, or align 5 and the end of t1 on 3 (the origin)
01:10:50 (5) - another hidden repeat (this could stay since you do this pattern multiple times throughout the song)
01:17:82 (1,2,3) - this appears crooked while playing...? (There are also similar occurances of this throughout the song)

I don't like the way insane is mapped with switching between wide spacing and stacking two notes on top of each other constantly. It seems to break the flow and make the song confusing to play.
