Blue =I think it's a important thing(IMO,you have better to fix it.(Still the same,ignore it if you don't agree.)
Red=Unrankable issue.(You should fix it,otherwise you can't get a rank or app.)

I think this diff is decide to be diffculit.However,I think you map is just for hard.Not for player's joy or other things that are important.
In this song,I can't feel it's so jumpy.But you did it as a jump map.And those triplet spacing are toooooo biggggg.
But,it's not a bad idea,or a bad try.However,I advice you,don't make map like that next time.

Everything following marked green are just proposals, if it is marked orange i think there might be a better way to do this, unless i marked it red, then i consider it as disturbing and you should probably change it.

General:
  • In my opinion you are copy'n'pastin' too much patterns in your maps and it gets boring very fast. The only difficulty i enjoyed playing without getting bored after 20 seconds was insane. I'm not sayin' your mapping is bad, but using the same patterns makes it very very boring. And thatswhy i was not able to do particular modding on certain circles because they are all almost reused patterns which are spaced right.
Easy:

Normal:

  • Seems legit.
Inasne:

  • 00:56:350 (1) - Make the player somehow aware of the increase in slider velocity, because it gets out of nowhere.

    I think you shouldn't space the tripples so far away.If you put them a bit closer, it will also do its work.

Hmmm... anyways good piece of work and with some further modifications it will get ranked soon, imo.

set the lead in to 1500. i find it odd that the lead in is at 1511.

00:03:950 (1) - yes it's near the middle, but spinner-osu is covering most of this slider which makes it hard for beginners to find. move it where it can be fully visible for beginners to see.
00:06:350 (2,3) - try to avoid stacking notes on easy diffs because since the hitburst is covering the second note, it'd be hard for beginners to see where it is. put your shoes on a beginner's point of view and tell me if a beginner can hit that.
00:12:350 (2) - add a clap at the beginning since you have it on (2,4) on at next combo.
00:15:550 (2,3,4) - replace this for a 1/1 repeat slider because i see a potential pattern between (1,2,1,2).
00:16:750 (1) - add a finish to match the vocals, and i think the finish fits with this part.
00:20:350 (2) - add a clap to start the consistency.
00:21:150 (4) - remove the whistle because IMO it sounds bad with the clap.
00:23:150 (1) - same as 00:16:750, and try to stack the end of the slider on (1). it looks ugly and it gets in the way during gameplay IMO.

01:11:150 (1) - ooh uhh i don't like the beginning of the slider. in fact i don't see a reason why it's there. so get rid of that point and make this slider like (2) at the previous combo. it looks a lot better during gameplay.

00:22:350 (7) - this slider can look a lot smoother. it's a wave slider, but i'm expecting this to be nicer.
00:29:550 (1) - replace the clap for a finish to match the vocals.
00:30:350 (3) - i don't remember hearing finishes on the other diffs, so replace this for a clap to keep the consistency of the other diffs.
