No Noire?Dieathan wrote:
Last chapter on mk2 right now.
I still haven't gotten Noire join my party yet since there are barely any quests to raise Lastation's shares in Lastation and yet Arfoire doesn't have any shares to mooch off anymore since I already got rid of all of them.
Well, at least I'm almost done. Been playing it for about a week now.
EDIT: Just beat the game with the Normal and Human/Makers Endings. Time to get those other endings if I can.
I don't understand why you wouldn't research those products first. I've even read an article about how horrible the first game was even before it came to PSN.adam2046 wrote:
IT'S CONSTRUCTION VEHICLES FIGHTING! Why the hell wouldn't I buy it? Because it sucks, yeah...
Bought Skyscraper because it was so bad and the opening was hilariously bad. Long story short, it broke a controller somehow.
I was really expecting Gungrave to be a lot better though.
Really should have bought Maximo or Shinobi...
I did research Skyscraper and BCV, I just didn't think that they'd be be more horrible than entertaining.Pokebis wrote:

It looks like cow feet because it's a Tabi Sneakers. I've also finished both inFAMOUS games and i gotta say they're both awesome (the 2nd is better though). Right now i'm playing Ratchet&Clank: Crack in time and Naruto Ultimate Storm 2, and i got my eyes on Star Wars for my next gamerust45 wrote:
Just beat inFamous 2 (shortly after the first one) and I have to say it was pretty enjoyable. The only problem I have is that some of the powers aren't as sweet as the powers in the first one. Chain lightning anyone?
Oh yeah, did anyone else notice that Cole's feet kinda look like cow feet? There's an odd indent at the tip of his shoe's.
Oh, Noire can join your party. I just didn't think I'd end up locking her off by accident on my first playthrough. Did too many quests that raised Planeptune's shares in Lastation and I couldn't fix it sadly.Rantai wrote:

Not even worth finishing!

On another note, what is your favourite team so far? I do not specifically mean effective, unless your favourite just so happens to be such.
The bass guitar boss in Mother 3, by the sounds of it. That fucker was brutalMafiamaster wrote:
The damage this boss does on moderate is ridiculous. 3/4 of my health gone, seriously... what is this?
Those are both signs of a very poorly designed game. RPGs are supposed to engage nearly immediately (within the first 2 hours) with their mechanics if not their storyline. The fact that we've accepted what FF13 brought to the table is a sign that we're all lowering our standards. The fact that I both acknowledge and accept the problem suggests I'm one of the worst, too.Seibei4211 wrote:
They almost always take several hours to start revving up. You didn't even finish the Final Fantasy XIII tutorial for, like, 12 chapters.
Agreed, the battle system basically took Symphonia's already great one and added everything it needed.Ivalset wrote:

Character creator as in, create what your character looks like a la Saints Row/Sports Games/Soul Calibur 3+/GHWT/Bethesda/etc? I love games that have good character editors, even if the game is meh.Ivalset wrote:
Character creator was nice though.
Yes. You can't choose the clothing in the creator in the demo, but you can change features and stuff. You can change quite a lot of details. And this is the first game that basically lets you play as, like, a pre-teen if you want. I made a young Asian chick cause I thought that'd be awesome to see this tiny, skinny chick fighting huge fuck-off monsters. And it was awesome. I spent waaaay more time in the character creator than I did in the actual game though. I like that the game will let you import that character into the full game though. I spent a ton of time making a character in the Kingdoms of Amalur demo, then had to recreate the character in the main game.awp wrote:

Yeah, me too.Seibei4211 wrote:
So yeah, I was under the impression that this game might have a little more variety than "grab onto monster and mash square".
I probably won't get around to playing that game for a little bit. I just recently spent 3 solid weeks playing Vesperia, so I'm not eager to spend another 3 weeks in a Tales game so soon.RemmyX25 wrote:

Just yes please.
Yeah, Pascal's pretty cool. I like Sophie better overall cause she's a cool character and party member, whereas Pascal isn't that great in battles. Her health is so stupid low and she's got no healing spells to make up for it. It's kind of crazy that Sophie gets high HP, high attack power, and has healing/revive spells.Ivalset wrote:
I'm pretty sure Pascal is the best.
But yeah, I dunno. Something about Graces f prevents me from really enjoying it, and I can't quite figure out what it is.
That's the mentality I had for the past two years, but now they've finally put up a bunch of quality games that instantly give me a profit over my $50. There's $300 worth of games on there for free. The R&C game I wanna get is $60. Any games I get after that is just a bonus. This isn't even including any discounts I'll get for games I wanna buy anyway. They've actually gotten better about discounting decent games, like Journey. Even if there's only one game on this list of 12 that you wanna play, but for some reason don't wanna play any others, then you've still got an entire year to make up the difference. So chances are you'd probably get other shit to make up for it. Actually, since you don't get a lot of games on day 1, there are probably a lot of older games that they'll put up for free that you might wanna get.adam2046 wrote:
I'm not sure if I should subscribe to PS+ or just spend the money I'd use for it on games.
