Didnt have time to really go through the new build. Heres some things i question though.

-No skin options (this might be me though. do i need to manually download the skin?)

On the web site, i couldnt upload my beatmap. I gave up after 10 mins w/cable connections. Is the server down or something or am i just impatient?

i got past the upload, the problem was at the upload to post page.

Copy and paste. Don't use attachments on the board - they are very limited.
