So you have an input device forcing your cursor to the top left corner. Is the tablet defective?
Process of elimination, plug it into another computer and tell us how it behaves.
Do you have another controller plugged into your pc possibly?
maybe u had ur pen on the topleft corner of ur tablet when moving your mouse?
make sure to update your drivers

I used to have this problem too, can't remember how I fixed it, but for sure it was concerned with drivers and usb port. Have you tried on another usb port?
