First people contacted me allready because of this.
@osuplayer111: Next time you may contact me or another Taiko mapper about such issues or things which feel weird. Other BATs are doing the same to be sure about such situations.
There was a case that wrongly snapped Taiko map got unranked and soon reranked. Of course, this one definitely need unrank-rerank process since this Taiko map is total nonsense.
Okay, unranked for now due to taiko being in the wrong snap. Fix up that taiko. I'll write up a mod when I get some time.

Did you consulted climbb about this, or used old ver. of the map, or simply snap again to 1/4? I'm curious cause simply snapping back to 1/4 does not ensure solving the problem.

I sent a PM to climbb to recheck this to make sure his map is the way he intended it. Let me know when he posts his fixes/approval.
I checked the Taiko map briefly. The map isn't fixed at all, wrongly snapped notes everywhere with 50 unsnapped notes, probably due to simple auto-resnaping to 1/4. (Well, 'no unsnapped notes' also applies to Taiko map, should have checked that, at least.)
Do not simply auto-snap these to 1/8s or something yet, climbb need to fix those by himself. He didn't uploaded previous ver. of the Taiko diff to this thread, so we can't recover this to original state without him.

Please put the offset to 2245ms (-5ms in effect). I tested it several times and it seems more accurate. While you're at it, you might want to add some more tags to your map, there are 2 ranked versions already which got much more tags.

- On [Climbb's Soft Taiko], the kiai sections are unsnapped.
- On [Hard], 00:43:270 (1) - is not centered and it made me sad.
Have Dan recheck after fixes to make sure nothing messed up after changing the offset.
