1.    1. Remove the note...
   2. Add a 1/1 slider at 02:07:067...
   3. Silence the start of the slider...
   4. Add 50% of sound to the end with finish.
   It will solve the problem with the sudden rhythm, be symmetric, sound good and be very playable.
2. Really good difficulty, not boring, very consistent. I just suggest you to improve your slidering skills.

I here 4 sounds, not 3. This sound pattern (piano parts) also goes to 1/6 (01:45:512-01:45:956, 01:56:845-01:57:067). please recheck your 1/4 in kiai ans later carefully I'm not really following the piano, so I left most of those to 1/4. It's easier to play that way. Changed the first one, though.
