Deleted a repost of a request. ampzz, if you want me to lock this until you can take care of all requests so far (and there are a lot) just tell me, you're getting requests faster than you complete.
I don't think it's needed, yesterday I made some, so ampzz will add them when will have some free time. Looking at our list, around 10 left and those are newer one. But this is his thread so I'm not going to decide what should be done. ^^'
