Currently testing some configuration/server changes to hopefully allow for more lenient download limits. Hopefully we will be able to do away with any limits over the coming weeks. Will keep you guys posted.

p.s. bug fixes are coming any day now.

Yep - for the time being the limit is high enough that any average user should not hit it. If you do, you are really doing something wrong (I'd suggest downloading packs, please).

I only download what's not in packs because a beatmap pack form mediafire often downloads faster than one song form osu 40kbps vs 1mbps

how high is the limit exactly i can now download 2 maps at the same time but I don't know how long I have to wait between downloads
