I think the most ironical part of that section is that you can still hear the original (Japanese) voice actor's yell behind all of the shoddy English dubbing.

there's nothing wrong with watching dubbed anime. the only time it's a problem is when you've never experienced watching anime in japanese before, or at least haven't given the "culture shock" to sink in.
