in the topic how to set you irc pass is explained ho to connect IF you have an IRC pass, but first you have to authorize you client so that you have one.
in the 1st pic you can see me connecting through nettalk:
There is a link you have to click to authorise yourself as a osu user.

there you can also see you IRC pass in case you forgot it or alike....
when you click the link you get to the 2nd pic:
where you have to click authorise IRC connection
and then you get to the 3rd pic:
where you see that this IRC session is permitted and you get a pass which you can use to connect later without an auth every time.
