Yes, It's a planned feature for it to be implemented in osu! besides Taiko stuffs. Basically, you can use it already with
GlovePIE if you know what you're doing.
If you want to point at the screen with the wii remote you're going to have to have LEDs on top of your moniter (or under I guess). If you want to use the wiiremote to set up a touchscreen like setup, you'll need to rig a pen with an LED and a button to turn the LED on. If you want details just ask.
So, basically you can use the wiimote now, you just need external programs. It's planned to implement support in the game though so you won't need things like GlovePIE.
