I don't know their motivation, maybe to get my trust? their motivation doesn't really matter to me
the fact is they said they weren't going to do something, then they did it and cost town a time reversal
and poor jinxy didn't even get to play again because of them

the blanket roleblock is just day, and I don't know if it's multi use or not
The foundation of the skepticism stems from the fact you're a serial killer, the role is rather awkward (and I can't think of a character that fits off the top of my head), a jailkeeper is something I coin with town (this one is debatable though) and you might just be lying like every other anti-town player would.
I don't want to have our potential doc/jailkeeper killed to the whims of a SK without any other discussion/explanation.

It also seems that Lilac confirmed a mason at the least. Now the only question is why would LS divulge everything.

Well, I also roleblocked. Yumemi Onezuka, town Jack of all trades. Oneshot cop, doc, vig, roleblock.
I feel like speculating about the setup.
Considering the Imperishable Night theme and the lack of death flips, I think it's likely that a Mystia Lorelei exists with the (passive) ability to hide all information of dead players. She may or may not recieve coroner information herself.
If a name-/rolecop exists and finds a Mystia during the course of this game, I'd be up for a lynch.
