I guess this applies for the other difficulties, too. I didn't change it in this diff, because that would break the effect of a long voice. Changed in [Normal] to prevent confusing things.
02:14:531 (3) - This touches the HP bar a little, and it wouldn't be too hard to move it down a bit. k.
- There are also a couple small overlaps that might look a bit better spaced out a little more, but that's up to you.
01:00:115 (5,6) - changed a bit.
01:06:349 (7,8) - it's just fine.
01:18:816 (5,6) - changed a bit.

[Normal]
01:55:829 (2,3,4) - The hitburst might make this part slightly confusing for [Normal] players, maybe move it around a bit? Personally i'd like to leave it there. It's not too confusing or too hard anyway.

Other difficulties looked fine to me, forum PM after fixes and I'll recheck soon.
