Modder at least have a try to mod/improve your map.Change or not is depend on you.However you should give a kuds for the effort of modder.

I checked his mod and your map, only to find that many of his suggestions are helpful to make this map better. (pointing out bad flows,shapes,spacings, etc)

The mapper here didn't consider the mod helpful, and even complained about the lack of explanation, so if he doesn't want to give kudosu to the modder, then his decision should be respected.

They don't require long paragraphs describing why it is necessary for you to follow through with the suggestion simply because the reason should be obvious. - I believe your offset is 10ms early. So please decrease the offset by 10ms (-10ms). Don't forget to resnap all timing section and the note
- Why are you repeating artist name in tag? Please remove it
- 00:31:049 (2) - If i look into this pattern, i think this slider is more toward right side and not balanced. Please move this slider 1 grid left to balanced the pattern.
- How about adding a finish rythim at this note that i said? It seems good imo.
