Remove that first BPM section. Offset seems a tiny bit early, add on 5 ms or so.
Need to add preview points.
That background is really not appropriate. Could you find one with less sexual focus, thanks.

This has the same slider velocity as the Easy; and a lot of the start uses the same sliders as the Easy. I think you might need to re-do this difficulty with a higher slider velocity, say, 1.4? Also try to make the notes that are 1/2 apart not overlap as much, it's a little cramped to play.

00:38:160 (1) - That wigglepart in the middle feels weird for me. It doesn't follow anything in the song, and in general the wigglemotion looks weird.
01:23:628 (1) - It's hard for me to hit this on time. I always get the urge to hit it earlier :( Nothing wrong, but idk, maybe add a note at 01:23:394 - ? I just feel it's an awful long time. Even though it is an easy, this pause feels long for me, and you can see this note right after the spinner too, so you feel like clicking it... meh I don't know what I'm saying anymore :o

Ho, man! I'm exausted. I shouldn't mod when I'm tired...

General:

• Please make sure all the preview points are the same. (Normal has a different preview point)
• You have inconsistent epilepsy warning. Please either keep it on for all diffs or turn it off.
• You have inconsistent tags - Please make them match.
• Make sure the kiai times are on a downbeat (On a tick). You'll have an awkward kiai start if you don't

Easy:

• 00:38:160 (1) - I'm sure this will trip some easy players up and it will cause them to over jump the slider, because it makes them suddenly slow down.
• 00:49:410 (1) - This spinner should end on 00:51:519. It matches the music better.
This applies for
01:34:410 (1) -
02:08:160 (1) -
02:23:160 (1) -
• 01:24:566 (4,5) - I don't like the way it makes the player go the opposite direction and disrupts the flow. Change it to something like this.

• 00:16:363 (2,4) - These notes seem off. They give this really strange and awkward game play. Change it to this.
• 01:04:410 (1) - Don't silent the end of the slider. It gives it a weird feel.
• 01:15:894 (8) - The repeat is covered by this note and that is unrankable.
• 01:54:566 (1) - Don't silent the end of the slider. It gives it a weird feel.
• 01:41:910 - This volume is way too low on this section. Bring it up a bit.
• 02:25:972 (1,2,3,4,5) - Confusing spacing. Please fix that.

Overall:
The map can use some work, there is nothing really wrong with it - it just can be a lot better if you get more mods.

The first thing before modding: timing must be consistent! So you need to change offset to -1215 on all diffs. Why? Because Flandre's diff has useless red line which doesn't exist on other diffs and might be removed painlessly by using negative offset.

The secong thing before modding: kiai time must be consistent! It affects only your diffs, though, but anyway you should fix kiai on Hard.

All the diffs except Insane
  1. 00:53:160 — start first break here. To add delay, grab break's beginning which is right after the element before break (cursor will change its shape to <—>) and drag it to the next big white tick. If you do it right, you'll see that part of break changed its colour to turquoise. HP won't be drained in this zone, but please don't overuse this feature.
  2. 02:23:160 (1) - I would end it on the next big white tick
Easy
  1. 00:04:410 (1) - unsymmetrical, fix it. Use CTRL+H for checking
  2. 00:23:160 (1,2) - why don't you place them in center and fix symmetry then?
  3. 00:38:160 (1) - what the? Remove all red joints in center except the only one, then put it exactly on slider tick. Don't forget to make this slider balanced
  4. 00:49:410 (1) - end it 1/4 later
  5. 01:28:785 (6) - unsymmetrical, but oh, okay

uh cant get at all what says here, but taiko needs lead in when the map starts suddenly, almost always must have lead in, taiko players need to put the hands on keyboard xD the countdown is unnecesary and letterbox too

  1. feat must have a period after the t. It should come out as feat. In order to fix that, follow this forum.
  2. Remove the lead-in time from Easy, Normal and Ono's Taiko Oni. This function isn't really being used when I test played those 3 difficulties.
  3. Can't have slider ticks being silent while the slider slide is also silent. That's unrankable. You can either keep the slider slide silent but you got remove the normal-slidertick that is silent or you can keep the slider ticks silent but you got to remove the normal-sliderslide and normal-sliderslide2.
The lack of finishes on Easy, Normal, Hard and LoliFlan's Insane disappoints me. You two only used one finish on your difficulties? ): I'll only point out a few objects that do need finishes but you two are going to have to figure out the rest. Anyway, here's my full mod listed below.

I think HP2 is better as it's easier for beginners. HP3 looks a bit too fast IMO.

I don't know why you asked for a recheck, you seem to have changed very little from the past mods and my opinion has stayed the same. I suggest re-reading some of the previous mod posts, there are some good suggestions you seem to have ignored :|
