FEEL SORRY FOR ME!!

and that's a lie... I have a maximum of 120 kb/s >w> (haven't see that speed for MONTHS!)
and I still don't know why Osu! hates me and only lets me download anything (replays, beatmaps, packs,even uppy images!) at a maximum of 10-20 kb/s (mostly 10 kb/s) TTwTT

They have some package checking shit that scans all incoming and outgoing packages in there.
Knowing their budget its probably running on a p4 and thus being slowpoke.jpg

It's like that every morning, it gets bit better (1Mbps/0.4Mbps/600ms) towards the end of the day.

Turns out my ISP upgraded my service for free weeks ago but my modem was too old to support speeds higher than 10mbps; so here's my first Speed Test result with the "upgraded" service and new gateway modem I was given.

Funny how they didn't bother upgrading my upload speed D:

I remember dial-up back in the day, 50 kb/s for the fail, excruciatingly slow. If I wanted to use the phone to call somebody I would have to disconnect from the internet, make the call, and connect back again, which took about 5 minutes if I was lucky.
