Rank Reset on OSZ2?

Hello,

will the rank get resetted when osz2 gets released?

Yes i used the search button and didnt find the answer for my question, so sorry about that.

Iono it would be pretty cool to see, look how many people have higher ranks that don't play anymore :P

It is a must! most of the progamers are playing without BG and score's a lot, after a reset they cant play without BG so its just fair (all players are playing on the same way) and no one can be soooo good as before so we have a chance to overtake the #1'st places

Why?: As i said, they play without BG and we must play with BG to catch them up...

i dont wanna start talking about flashlight + BG!

It would, it would, but it won't happen.
High ranks and not playing don't co-exist that well, the progression of scores is ever-increasing.
I dropped from #600 to #3600 in half a year or so, I doubt many that stop playing stay high.

Not planned. osz2 is only a format change, and will not affect anything else initially.
