I'm loving the game so far, but it's kinda tough manuevering the mouse to one marker to the other on the lowest resolution.

You can adjust the mouse speed in options. This should help a lot

Edit: You can also set your resolution smaller manually in the osu!.cfg file. Please note changing this beyond the standard resolutions has not been tested!
