3 problems with my map.

I'm currently done with my beatmap "Mega Man 10 Wily 1 - Abandoned Memory" but I really am having 3 main issues. Timing, end times and

My "Mr. Perfect" seems to be timed correctly, but my "Big Eye" doesn't seem to.
~~Also, on my "Big Eye" map, it ends ~20 seconds after the last note.~~
~~Lastly, on my "Mr. Perfect" map, the static image cuts out at about 3/4 through the song, and I tried fixing it, but I couldn't solve it after a fair amount of time.~~
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Scratch the last two, figured them out, could still use advice on the timing. Again, any help is greatly appreciated

You might have to set some additional time points with the same/different tempo to reset the stressed beat, but that's all I know.
