Oh my bad, i'm not quite sure what he is using but it looks like Rocket Dock (bottom part) + Rainmeter (side part), but you should probably wait for him to answer

Yes it is. I love desktop modding, so I use some customization programs such as rainmeter, samurize, objectdock (the paid version to get more that one dock (we have three here) "I killed" the windows toolbar X). I don't think this is my best work though, but it works faster than my previous one and it sticks more to its theme so it's more complete, less buggy and More anime-esque. . All my other desktop had that was related to anime was a byakuren button at the center of the dock, leading to my anime folder.

140 DPI is fun, but for some others, it's not so fun. If you dislike reading tiny text, having tiny icons, and tiny window/taskbar buttons, or if your computer isn't powerful enough for high-resolution gaming, then it probably won't be so suitable.Guujin wrote:
