rainmeter and rocketdock. I just changed the icons in the taskbar and moved it. And the orb is just a windows 7 orb changer or something. that's all.

I use a program called Rocket Dock to organize my programs (forgot to write it >~<!) and i hide it in the screen :3
That's why my desktop is clean xD..

Oh my bad, i'm not quite sure what he is using but it looks like Rocket Dock (bottom part) + Rainmeter (side part), but you should probably wait for him to answer
