I found it quite funny early before what was that second timing used for, got some few argument in #modhelp. And it doesn't change the original offset. Just for some 'metronome' adjustment. And for pulse and flashes in menu? Never thought about it before because I dont really pay attention to that anyway. haha well... Yeah it's always better when the metronome is synced with the song.

- Offset should be 1148 until a better one was found. I highly doubt the BPM is really 130.01, the same thing happened with My Moment. I thought it was 118.01 until Jarby came along and gave a better timing at 118 BPM. Clearly, the solution is to ask Jar. I'd have to check that out ~
