Fixes
- Fixed red timing section inconsistency on [Hard].
- Deleted two .osb files.
- Switched to Tick Rate 2 on [Hard].
- Shortened video file to map length.

How can u make a that boring taiko to THIS song, "to be friendly..." blah most taikos with 180 bpm are harder!

Go make your own taiko map and quickly realize that you'll make it impossible if you map it any other way.
