2014. The government of Finland has finally decided, that racism is not against the law and they are enforcing the beating up of immigrants. This has caused wide-spread chaos in the multicultural Finland, where our foreign friends have had to escape from the bigger cities. The Finns are terrible people.

The foreigners couldn’t leave Finland because all the flight agencies have become incredibly racist. And nobody has the strength to row a boat all the way to Sweden, so they are all out of options... But wait! One person has an idea. “We shall go to the one place in Finland where we can be safe. The Lapland.”

Our foreign friends made a journey to the north, to the peaceful wilderness of the Lapland, where they set up a village - The Land For Forgotten. Everyone could live without worrying about racism and they all got along with each other. There’s even one friendly Finnish fellow living in harmony with the foreigners.

Unfortunately their days of happiness didn’t last very long. On October the 7th, the church of the village was set on fire. The townspeople desperately tried to put down the fire but without any success. Terror was spreading. Children were crying, horses were running wild and even a thunderstorm slowly drifted towards the village. Seven people died during that night. While people were having a memorial at the village centre, the village leader, Carl Blackwood arrived on the scene, dragging one of the villagers behind him. “He is a member of the mafia, the mafia is behind all of this!” Then Carl proceeded to pull something out of the man’s jacket. It was a baseball bat with the mafia insignia on it. Of course that mafia bastard got hanged right away, like a boss, but the problems didn’t stop there...

Carl Blackwood was shot in the head! While his brains were splattered around the ground, the people of the town were all thinking about one thing - the mafia needs to be stopped! Now they are facing another problem, that mafiaman was a foreigner too, someone who they trusted. Anybody could be a member of the mafia family.

Once again they are left with only one option - get rid of the mafia scum and save the town!

Alright let me go through this entire thing cause maybe I'm leaving a key point out and not realizing it.

I received my role PM and learned that I am a Poor Hero. As that role, I get a bullet to use every time someone aligned with mafia gets lynched.

If you read the story, you see at the bottom it shows that someone mafia aligned was lynched pregame. I sent a PM to LunaticMara asking if I could have a bullet since technically someone mafia aligned was lynched.

He said no, because he was using a baseball bat he killed Carl Blackwood with and not a gun. I promptly quoted the part in the story showing that it was indeed a gun with a mafia insignia on it.

After I sent that to him, he said the story was changed and it was now a baseball bat with a mafia insignia since they didn't want to give me a free bullet.

Fishie updated the story, changing the part from the handgun to the baseball bat.

You can even see the part where it says "Carl Blackwood was shot in the head!" where it was unchanged.

I still don't think we should massclaim, especially not on day 1.

Adding onto that, the reason for the mass claim is so that with each role we can strategically plan out certain scenarios. If something goes wrong or doesn't happen right we'll know exactly where to look, not to mention things like counter-claiming are possible.

It's hard for someone to make up a role on the spot, and it'd be harder to make up a role after everyone claims before you. If they claim first, you have to hope someone wont counter-claim what you did.

also I'm sorry Lunatic/Fishie that was mean but I really didn't think you would change the story.

Information is important, we can sit here and go blind eye using all our aux abilities (and I'm pretty sure EVERYONE has an aux) on random people, or we can make a plan and see where the loose ends are.

That would be nice for me, but it's not really all that helpful to anyone else. The mafia probably wouldn't want to kill me (what's the point, I can still win with them), and it doesn't really confirm your role.

It would help me maybe find out exactly how being drunk effects my role?

But would it really help you if no one targets me or the random other person? Example: say you swap Me and faceman, but your drunken role unknowingly causes you to swap Luna and Chris instead.
