Though there was this one failure of a time when I tried a fakeclaim, but I don't want to talk about it.

I understand that Mara would be committing suicide to show I'm town, but it still seems like a waste to me.

Well, if I understand bmin's role correctly all the actions of today and tonight will be undone, so I guess it won't make a difference either way.

Also, Two I was a town redirector that one time and you thought I was lying and was a mafia redirector. I think Rantai is definitely most likely to be mafia, however.

Godfathers and millers are one. Although to an extent, that would mean either you're a miller or Wojjan is a godfather which is weird and not true and...Personally I've never seen an uninformed miller before.
I can hardly imagine Mashley would lie and tell guilty on someone mafia at the same time. It's a bus not worth it.
3rd party ability is an off shot. But iirc you're the only one who claimed to redirectory powers. Surely you didn't redirect yourself to guilty did you?

When he finally finished, he went back to the facility.
There he saw the mob waiting to hang Rantai.

"I'm telling you guys! I'm innocent. I guess you have to kill me to prove it!"
With that, Rantai died. There was no fancy battle scene or anything.

Rantai has been lynched. Alignment will be revealed the next day.

Dr. Hitter woke up the next day.
He checked his stuff and found out that they weren't were he placed them the previous day.
He ran outside and saw the body of KRZY still in the hallway. Didn't he order the body moved?

He also saw the body of Lilac still on that tree...
Didn't this happen already before?

To top it all off... Rantai was still alive. This was odd.

All actions occurring during Day 4 & Night 4 have been reverted.
If you have done any actions during the Night, they have been reverted and cancelled.

IT IS NOW DAY 4.
DEADLINE IS IN SEVEN DAYS.
WITH 12 ALIVE, IT TAKES 7 TO LYNCH.

Luna is replacing Two. Waiting for Luna's confirmation.

LS, I don't suppose you get get role results on lynched people do you?

It seems like reverting all the day/night actions didn't really get us anywhere unless any roles gained information during the night. ie, cop investigations, bulletproof seeing they were "hit", etc.

Anyway if someone doesn't have any new information on me, feel free to lynch me again. I doubt any opinions have changed and no is going to believe me.

Of course if you want to take the chance of believing me, who would you have said are good targets to redirect to/from. As I see it, it's only useful up to the last mafia where it'll start hurting town as I can't redirect an action back to the target or to myself.

Two apparently wants to lose, so he asked me to replace him.
Waiting for full info on my role atm (I know what's been posted in this thread, just waiting for confirmation) but I'll still ask right now: People who used a one-shot ability during the last night (like Mara) - did you keep your ability or is it gone in spite of the time-warp?
Did you guys get informed of night actions that targeted you?

No but since I get my investigation results the night kills happen, I did find out the role of who the SK targeted. (Even if the kill was reverted.)

I am not 100% sure, but I guess since KRZY was a recruiter, targeting mafia would get me killed.

I am also not sure can I use my action again. We'll see that soon.

Not the best response to make me feel clear about you, as I would assume it would've told you in the absorption PM. Slight FoS.

Who did you target, by the way? Assuming you're telling the truth, the fact that the action "Succeeded" last night even though it got cancelled would mean that whomever you targeted is confirmed town.

Only info I got was that I can talk with someone at day/night in special chat and that if me or this other player dies, discussion ends. That's all.

I tried to chat with bmin11, but like I said - it got cancelled.

If Mara is telling the truth, then we know for sure bmin11 is confirmed town. (Assuming the Soul Absorber role doesn't have changed powers from the original, and so would still die if the targeted player is not town.)

bmin11 already proved the other part about his ability, so even if mara is lying bmin is most likely town.

So, any more information from people?

What. Mashley's a jester and then claims cop... couldn't he have picked something more likely to get him lynched?

There was a lyncher, and there's still a survivor, and there's the SK... four third-party roles seems like a lot. I'd suspect Lybydose of being the SK, then.

Actually I'm more inclined to believe Mashley since he found Wojjan, and his actions don't seem consistent with any kind of jester as I said earlier. Plus I doubt the mod would put in such a role in the first place.

An easy jester strategy to hide the fact that they're a jester is to do something like what mashley did. Claim cop with random results on random people over the time. Eventually once all sanities are ruled out... BAM you're mafia and then you get lynched and win.

However you seem to be looking for an easy lynch of a potential strong townie role, and you're one of the several people who claimed a form of bulletproof. Rantai has claimed limitations that make the role entirely possible.

I would have Lunatic ask the mod if his ability was refunded. If so, Rantai should redirect Lunatic to someone else, and Lunatic should target Rantai. Then we can confirm if Rantai is town or not, and potentially save a role that can be used basically as a doctor or for other uses.

Something doesn't add up here.

Night one, Rantai claims to have redirected adam to LadySuburu. LS then claimed to have been hit but was bulletproof and avoided death. Since adam turned up mafia, it would be semi-logical to conclude that Rantai successfully redirected their kill to LadySuburu. But if this were the case, where's the SK kill?

Rolled hits Salvage
Mafia hits LadySuburu
SK hits no one?

What about Night 2?

SK hits Swiftwolf
Mafia hits no one?

Where are these missing kills going? It couldn't be all these 5398 bulletproof roles because the only person claiming to be hit is LS, tastelikecoke's role only sometimes works, and fishie/tastelikecoke weren't exactly prime nightkill targets.

I'm leaning towards Rolled/Two/Luna being the SK and the janitor being mafia. Here's my theory:

Rolled killed Salvage N1 and quickly claimed some vigilante type role. Vigilante is the easiest role to "get away with claiming" as an SK because you can generally prove it. In this case it's extra clever because he said he can't use his kills any more. This makes the mafia believe he's now the equivalent of a vanilla townie and avoid killing him. Meanwhile, mafia kill was directed at LS and it failed, so no ??????? roles showed up.

Night 2, mafia killed Swiftwolf because lolcop. Meanwhile, Rolled killed no one to perpetuate his role losing the ability to kill and make it look like there's no SK. Or maybe he killed Swiftwolf too and only the mafia kill went through.

Day 3, Two rolls around and suddenly claims the ability to kill, despite Rolled earlier claiming he could no longer do so. Why has everyone completely ignored this part?

You're also quick to discount Mashley as a possible Jester, yet ignore the fact that if Mashley were not a jester, LadySuburu would have to be lying. It's a bit odd that you make no mention of that at all.

Oh yeah and it's also suspicious that Mashley did not give any results for Night 4.1 when he showed up here. I'm willing to believe that he isn't a cop at all.

Well, Lybydose just said everything I wanted to say. (I was going to post it earlier but I got sidetracked and forgot)

Something doesn't add up indeed because if we had a SK, mafia, and Rolled/Two/Luna we'd have three killers, and since there was only one kill night 2 we would have two protections. We could have a successful redirect N2, but that's rather unlikely. That means that Luna and the SK have to be the same person. Plus, as Lybydose said, when Two replaced in he immediately claimed vigilante and even said he didn't read the thread, which contradicts what Rolled said. This really just seems like something way too obvious to overlook.

That said, I'm inclined to believe LadySuburu and say that Mashley is a jester, because LS's roleclaim adds up (due to limited reveal) and Mashley's results just don't. This would make Rantai a redirector, but if Mashley isn't a jester LS is of course mafia. I find it even more likely Mashley is a jester because IIRC NoHitter has put a jester before, but that might have been a different host and I'm too lazy to check >.>

I think there's 3 mafia left, or possibly 2 mafia or a SK or 3 mafia or a SK. It appears we've found the SK, and it would be a good idea to go ahead and lynch Luna to prevent these effing double NKs.

@LS- I don't know about that. Right now the entirety of what we have against Mashley would be your one statement. It's possible getting Wojjan was just luck, but I doubt it.

About your statements on Rantai- Even if we carry out your plan successfully, that just shows that Rantai's a redirector, not that he's town. Redirecting could easily be a scum role, and it's convenient for scum redirector (roleblocker, rolecop etc.) to claim to be their town counterparts because they can prove part of their role.

@Lybydose- Well, yes, I thought it was implied that LS was lying, to protect Rantai I would presume.

I didn't notice Mashley was missing results, it'd be helpful if he detailed who he's targeted over the last few days.

And conversely, you believe that NoHItter would include a jester in this game? I've never played with/against one before, but I gather it's a highly discouraged and unlikely role.

About Rolled/Two/Luna- I'd expect it if Two was just lying as he so often does, as both town and scum. I'll wait for Luna to respond.

The fact that you're not following the thread fully also makes me think you're mafia, moreso than before, since this was mentioned not once, but twice. One of which was recently as I talked to Mara about it in thread.

LadySuburu received (or claims to have received) some results during Night 4.1; Mashley does not immediately post results despite having done so as his first post on each other day. I'm thinking it's some sort of slip.

There's still the matter of the non-existent motivator that let Mashley get two results Day 3.

That motivator issue makes it even more likely he's a Jester. Implying the existence of something that isn't actually there is something that makes a person very suspicious. o.o

Mara, you guessed right on Night 3 so you should be able to use KRZY's ability again next night since it is Day 4 now.

To add more detail, I also received the link to the quicktopic. Interesting enough, I can still view the quick topic and even post there. I immediately deleted my post obviously because I'm not allowed to talk.

And about Rantai redirecting LM bit, I don't agree on this strategy. If LM end up dead, it would be indicating either Rantai or the targetted Rantai redirected too is mafia, because 1) LM may have died from soley targetting Rantai 2) Rantai redirected to a mafia. Even if we found the 2nd case to be true, it is still hard to believe Rantai since he could have just simply sacrificed his scum member. I would rather lynch instead of going through this trail of WIFOM that brings us to nothing.

Luna the SK, it sounds believeable, but I would want to go through and check the results for myself before voting Luna yet. The amount of info and the possibility of missing one or two infos worries me.

Reading through, Lybydose's deduction of Luna being SK makes sense to me. By that, the killing roles also line up (ie ???, kill)

Even if we found the 2nd case to be true, it is still hard to believe Rantai since he could have just simply sacrificed his scum member. I would rather lynch instead of going through this trail of WIFOM that brings us to nothing.
Yeah I'm going to agree here. Me redirecting Mara won't prove much unless his dying mechanic doesn't apply to who I redirect him to. I think the better choice is, if we go along with it, is Mara targets me but I redirect someone else. Assuming Luna is the SK, if we lynch her then there should only be 1 killing party left which I may be able to redirect off Mara (because the mafia will obviously kill him to scum paint me further).

How I see it is, there are 2 killing factions out there - SK and mafia. I believe it's reasonable to assume there are 4 mafia in this game at the very least. Going by that, lynching me would allow both mafia to survive and the SK bringing us to a total loss of 3 town assuming no crossfire. If we lynch Luna and she does end up being SK then we have a chance to actually have no town NK casualties if I can redirect properly. If she does turn out to be town then we'll be in a similar situation as a lynch on me except there is still the chance that I can redirect a kill into our lovely Jester or another mafia/SK. Though in that case Mara is very likely to die due to a kill, especially if both factions target him (I can't stop both) meaning I'll be left open again the next day.

Actually what would come first? A role required death or a night kill?

I'm going to believe there is a third party with a kill ability in this game, because the kill count jumps every night, which is impossible with the current list of role claims we have. The kill that jumps in and out was the one that shows the result, means those were done by the SK.

The question is, who could be our SK? These are the people who aren and aren't confirmed

One thing I found odd about Rolled and Two's role claim. Rolled claimed to be an Avenging gunman, while Two claims to be a Vigilante. This makes it even more suspicious and I'm actually willing to lynch Luna today.

Rolled's claim was 100% correct, I'm an Avenging Gunman with no kills left. I assume two threatened those kills to pressure people into claiming, you know it's something he'd do.
And addressing bmin's complaint that Two claimed Vig instead of Avenging Gunman: That doesn't even make sense. Avenging Gunman is clearly a Vigilante-variation, so Two was completely right on that. Just instead of X-Shot it's "Until you hit town". I'd like to add to that that my replacement PM even used the word Vig in one place to describe my ability, so Two would have recieved the same one I guess. I can't say more about that without quoting, sorry.

I actually need to go offline now, but I'll post more on the subject later on when I return.

Oh, and Wojjan: If you still have your NK, don't use it on bmin as soon as you get the opportunity. Save it instead. When we know we are going to win, feel free to kill bmin. If I'm not mistaken you don't win upon killing bmin but you win with Town if bmin is dead. So it's in your best interest to secure a town win before killing off your target. Okay?

Actually about that.

LS do you also receive results for the lynched and NK targets (the non ??? NK's)

It is very possible that he only receives the roles of the ???'s.

Lynches: No, I do not.

NKs: I asked NoHItter at the start but he said that since the roles are revealed at day start anyway it would be redundant, so I would not be recieving information on the normal NKs, just the ones who are not revealed.

Which of course limited the information I got last night. I have no idea if a second kill was attempted or not, if I had known I would've revealed that information already.

So Mashley was killed by the killer who does not reveals the result. This is very odd. We assumed mafia was the one who does not reveal the kill result, which means that we would have to assume the mafia killed Mashley. The odd thing is, why would they go after a cop that they clearly knew Mashley was either Random or fake cop.

Possibilities
1) The one who actually kills without showing the result was the SK
2) Mashley called every single results correct (ex: calling Wojjan a mafia) and the mafia thought Mashley was a legit cop.

The only other way the mafia could be the one without revealing the kill result and knowing Mashley is fake is when Mafia was the one to choose No Night Kills, which is also odd since there was no reason for the mafia to not kill.

Side note: There was only one bulletproof hit, which was LS on D2. Fishie did not hide for the entire game (which is stupid) and pieguy and akro was never hit by the mafia (no one died from targetting pieguy and akro).

It's possible that they thought I was the SK and the fact that Mashley hit Wojjan correctly may have spooked them enough to kill him so they didn't have the risk of being revealed.

I'm still trying to figure out why we don't get consistent numbers on the NKs.
I first thought the SK had some kind of odd-night/even-night modifier, but that doesn't add up with the actual kills.
Possibly one of the factions is trying to frame me as SK but that still doesn't explain the N1 results.
This game confuses me >_<

Ahh right that. Though, the problem is that the mafia have no idea who the SK is and Mashley was taking wild guesses (as we know he is a Jester, even self confessed). So it doesn't really show much apart from some guessing and paranoia.

If we go with the third possibility (which you have brought up), mafia assumed you were a SK and thought Mashley was actually hitting everything correctly. We can safely conclude that the mafia believed Mashley because mafia knew Lyby and Luna aren't mafia.

Of course. Going by that I fully agree that they don't think they were mafia and by that token I don't believe either are mafia atm. However it doesn't not confirm them as town just yet, the gripe being Luna has the highest possibility of being the SK.

I guess the only other possibility is that they wanted to kill Mashley to unconfirm both Luna and Lyby because my flip would have revealed him to be a fake.

My brain is evidently not working properly anymore, I'll let you check over that one.

It's possible that Mashley called out every single person correctly and the mafia knew this... or it could be that the SK is the Janitor. The latter is simpler and heck of a lot more likely IMO. Occam's razor or something.

The people who have a 0 or lower are fishie, foulcoon, and taste. Taste is the lowest, mostly because he didn't vote for either Wojjan or adam D2. It's suspicious, though I think he was just gone IRL that time. Still,that could easily have been an excuse not to vote for his scumbuddies.

I've already said that I was suspicious of foulcoon's role as a vanilla townie now- he has a reason not to prove anything and to escape being nk'd (as in, "they wouldn't bother targeting me".)

I'll vote: fishie, though. He voted for Salvage, the claimed tracker/watcher, to the end of D1, and not hiding for the entire game is fishy suspicious, on top of a role that's already a likely scumclaim.

Actually, I think we have to vertify the priority issue over kills.
