[General] - Slider Tick Rate 2 works here. Right now the sliders feel pretty empty and more ticks would help resolve that. Also, the HP bar recovery that the ticks provide would also be good, so yeah. I'd advise setting it on all difficulties.
[Insane] - This difficulty is good. There weren't any major flaws or anything like that to point out. There are several places where you could try to avoid overlap to make the map look a little neater, so I'll have a list of those overlaps, but other than that, good job.

As I looked at the other difficulties, I realized that there were overlaps in each one. So basically, I'd be very happy if you took the time to go through and make them not overlap (when possible), but if not, it's alright.
[Hard] - For a [Hard] difficulty, I'd suggest removing the 1/4 bits to prevent it from being too tough for the [Hard] level.
01:21:708 (1,2,3,4) - The spacing here is rather high compared to the rest of the difficulty. Try to make it a bit more regular.
01:23:129 (1,2,3,4) - The spacing here is rather unintuitive, it'd probably be better to have a more sightreadable pattern.
[Normal]00:29:444 (6,1) - Patterns like this worry me because someone could think you're supposed to think (1) 1/2 beat after (6) as opposed to 1/1 beat after (6), if someone thought that (6) was a kickslider and repeated twice. So basically, something like
this might be more clear in telling the player when they're expected to hit the next object.
00:39:234 (4,1) - (4) awkwardly covers a lot of (1) in a really strange way. It would be good if they didn't touch this much.
[Easy]00:41:129 (2,1,2) - (2) ends up getting hidden under (2) quite a bit, so it would be nice to move them to make a more sightreadable pattern.
00:45:550 (1) - Hm. It's good to make sure new players have enough recovery time after a spinner in [Easy] difficulties, and one could say that 2 beats is enough. I think it would be easy enough to make it 4 beats, however, and this would help make it a bit easier for new players. Something like
this, for example.
01:04:497 (1) - Same thing about spinner recovery also applies to here. You could consider just removing the (1).
Currently, the map doesn't seem to have any taiko modding. Try to get at least one taiko mod from someone who knows what they're doing. I'll ask OzzyOzrock once he gets back from whatever he's doing. After the taiko has been modded and you've applied fixes, PM me and I'll re-check it when possible. Which is hopefully sometime soon. Hopefully.
