01:00:184 (5) - Weird slow down. Slow down make sense cause of this... um... dunno how to say it in english... "long-drawn-out" beat in the music.
03:18:484 (1) - This wasn't... quite the way I was thinking. You want to set up your pattern groups in good relation with the music, so setting these patterns up to fit with each stanza would feel the most natural. Start 03:19:084 (1) - 's group of pattern at 03:19:384 - on the large white tick as this is the beginning of a new stanza. With 03:18:484 (1,2,1) - you'll want to set up a 3 slider pattern instead of trying to use that even-numbered object combo that you're trying to use.
Thus 03:20:284 (1,2,3,4) - should be starting at 03:20:584 -
03:21:784 (3) - And the next set here. Done now. I hope it's fine now q.q'' Changed the direction of that stream cause it's better to read then (hitbursts)

That slowdown still doesn't fit very well. It disrupts the general flow of motion and doesn't feel very natural. Your reasoning would suggest that you map several of these following whenever the next synth note hits but you only use it on the first instance, so it feels unbalanced.

it still has some impact on the community, and it did especially when Tom set a (cheated) score on it, since he broke a year-old record which was still one of Cookiezi's best pp scores
