And the whole map is made like this 2 sliders 00:13:508 (1,2). Makes sense, but for a Beginner, it's a little difficult. Would be better to found a better solution.

Same Kiai issue, and looks a lot like the beginner. play a little more with the positions of the beats, try to make him a less plain.

[Another]

You have spacing issues. A lot of them. You can use "hold beats" in a map. One time, or two times, if the song have this. But you already have a hold time, when you call the BPM to 0.5x. But the way you use them, looks a '07 map to me.

Yeah, the default colours are pretty boring. I might look into getting a custom skin.

I'm not sure if a SB would work for this map, and I've never done one anyway.

I suggest this because I notice other sliders in this map like this: 2 sliders that have the same length with their slider ball going to each other's opposite direction. :)
01:26:338 (3) - This Hit circle looks a little irregular. I suggest you move this 2 grids upward. :D

You can fix this by selecting disabling the new combo on current slider (1) of the new combo [you should see all of the blue colored notes turn into green] and enable the new combo on the green slider (5) to make it the slider (1) of the blue ones. :)

wew that was a little tiring... Anyways, as I said, this map is good! and its notes' formations/patterns that you created is good! Because of that, I'll give you a star! :) Just keep this in your mind: Put the new combo only when there is a little pausing that happens or if there are already many notes on that combo. ;) [that's as far as I know.]

I dunno, that messes up the spacing.

Some of your hitbursts are very similar for instance the difference between 100g and 300 is the number, and 300k is the exact same as 300, make sure you vary colors between hitbursts because most players are guided more by the colors rather than the numbers. Also your hitbursts are gigantic.
Slider-followcircle... followCIRCLE not followSTAR, >_> In either case, it's unrankable since the player needs to know the exact area their cursor can go to, so i recommend maybe adding a circle around the star and maybe remove the pinkish section in the middle and make it completely translucent in that section, also it looks to me like it's uncentered? http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/65691
You're missing approachcircle in your skin.
Like with sliderfollowcircle there's also a problem with spinner-circle. you need to put a small circle in the center so people know where's the center they should be spinning from.

I can see why you put ayeen on the tags, although usually i wouldnt put skin providers in tags, but why put SiRiRu on tags?

Kiai sections should reflect the strongest parts of the song and the map and the last kiai feels really tame.

Other diffs are fine, sorry but there are major skin elements issues so i can give it a star icon yet.

You're missing approachcircle in your skin.
Like with sliderfollowcircle there's also a problem with spinner-circle. you need to put a small circle in the center so people know where's the center they should be spinning from.
I've removed a lot of skin elements instead, so it's mostly just the hitcircles and fonts.

I can see why you put ayeen on the tags, although usually i wouldnt put skin providers in tags, but why put SiRiRu on tags?

Hitcircle overlay is taken from Osu template skin I remember correctly, and hitcircle is from internet. I dont take any of Ztrot work there, but if it really similar to it, well, sorry for it. I only take SiRiRu elements as I mentioned earlier. other than that, nope.

-These days it is strongly recommended to keep "Beatmania IIDX" in the source and put any of the specific details about it in the tags. It also seems it should be capitalized "beatmania" according to people I have asked but ranked maps are 50/50 on that
-It looks like Sakura already mentioned this but your spinner is currently unrankable (it needs to have something visible in the center of it for players to spin around)
-Make sure you cut your combo bursts completely (take a closer look at http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/66532) Also I am assuming they are meant to face that way
-Your 'lighting' gets kind of distracting during kiai especially when there are lots of notes together if you want to tone it down slightly
-You need to include a spinner approach circle in your folder (even if it is just the default one)

Beginner:
-You don't need to have the overall difficulty on the lowest setting, do at least +1
-Fairly linear but looks fine

Normal:
00:32:725 (2,3) - separate stuff like this slightly more

Hyper:
-Snap the end of your kiai time to the white tick like the other difficulties

Another:
Why have kiai time different on this difficulty? Try to keep them all consistent
